Nestled amongst the many lots coming from the Villatoro family is El Diamante, grown in the steep, mountainous region of Huehuetenango. The renown Villatoro family cares deeply about the quality of their coffees and it shows year after year. Collective had the privilege of visiting the Villatoro farms in 2023 and were astounded by the family’s generosity, knowledge and passion.
