Juniper is beautifully blended with high quality coffee from Costa Rica and Rwanda. La Pastora, in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica provides depth of flavor with rich chocolatey notes and robust body. Coocamu Farmer Cooperative in Rwanda's Rutsiro district gives Juniper it's bright acidity and top notes of green apple and marzipan. Together these two coffees create the versatile blend that's great for every brew method.
